So, it is official, like a referee with a whistle! Black and white, are two of the official colors for Summer 2013! When the NEWS first broke, I was surprised because when you think of summer, one thinks of bright and vibrant colors. However, that is not the case for 2013. This summer, not only is it black and white, but it black and white STRIPES! Therefore, I had to go make a purchase to start my collection immediately! I went to Ross and bought a pair of shorts (pictured below) and they were only $7.99! Gotta love Ross! :) So, what do you all think of the black and white? Too simple? I think I like it because you can always add a pop of
