For me, eyeliner can always be a little tricky, especially liquid! However, I recently found a liquid liner that I really like! It is Wet & Wild's liquid eyeliner and it is only $2.99. Seriously, $2.99 for quality eyeliner is unbelievable! This liner last through out the day! Also, it is not chunky, and it goes on smooth as butter! Can you ask for anything more?! NO! I think not! I bought this liner from Walgreens, however, you can buy it from any local pharmacy or Walmart. Check out this link for more information!
